Dealing with a life-changing loss, be it bereavement, becoming unemployed, the end of a relationship or anything else, can be one of the toughest things to go through in life. While we all have our own ways of coping, sometimes it can be a real struggle to overcome all of the grief associated with loss. If you think you need support to cope with a recent loss, help is at hand.
Loss affects everyone differently – some may seem barely affected whilst other people can take weeks or months to recover. Usually the more significant the loss, the more severe the grief. But even the smallest losses can lead to intense grief. If you feel loss and grief are starting to have an extended and severe impact on your day-to-day life, we can offer treatments and therapies to help you cope better.

Bereavement
These sessions are designed to support you if you have recently been bereaved, enabling you to better understand your feelings and provide techniques to cope with the thoughts, emotions and behaviour that impact on your ability to adjust to life following a bereavement.
